Maria Hemminger

With a background in retail and degree in hand, I started my career in the staffing industry in 1997. I joined a regional recruitment firm, was promoted to the VP of the Technical Division and hired Joanna Spaun in 2001. In 2005, Joanna and I started MJ Recruiters in the basement of my house with the goal of being active moms available to our kids. Today, 18 years later, we have placed more than 950 manufacturing professionals and have long term employees Lisa Reinbolt and Clare Brickner on our team.

As one of the partners and owners of MJ Recruiters, I:

  • Foster long term relationships with our clients
  • Complete client intakes on new positions
  • Serve as the point of contact for the companies within which we place technical and professional talent
