Maintenance Coordinator

- In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).
- Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience
Background qualifications:
- Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box
- Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems
Day to Day duties:
- Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs
- Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds
- Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime
- Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management
