My employer watched me play in high school and was impressed with my leadership on the court. And no, we weren’t an ALL STAR team…I ended my senior year with a losing record.
So, what got their attention? Relentless. No matter the score. That is the type of person I am. I left everything on the court game after game, and they took a chance that would carry over into my professional career. I started at MJ Recruiters as an intern during my senior year of high school, worked through college, and accepted a full-time position after graduating with honors in 2020.
In my role as Recruiter, I thrive on the initial connection—sourcing and prescreening talent to find the right match for both clients and candidates. Beyond recruitment, I wear a creative hat as the lead for all marketing and social media at MJ Recruiters. Whether I’m designing a new promotion or engaging with the community on social media, my goal is to showcase the expertise and passion that MJ Recruiters brings to the industry and continue to RAISE THE BAR!
