I was living in Columbus, Ohio, and it was time to come home to Tiffin, Ohio. I knew of Maria Hemminger from meeting her at a college job fair and she was as energetic as ME! We worked together for a couple years for a regional recruitment firm prior to forming MJ Recruiters in August of 2005. It was the best decision I have ever made!

My role at MJ Recruiters is managing the candidate side of the business. This includes interviewing and assisting candidates with the next step of their career.

What I can offer YOU

I will conduct a detailed interview with YOU to showcase your skills and experience to our clients for their specific position
I will prepare and give YOU insight on what to expect for each interview
I will be in weekly contact until YOU are hired for the position
YOU are always in the driver’s seat; I will keep your information confidential until you have agreed to have your resume submitted
My goal is to find the right position for YOU; I want you to wake up every day and be happy to go to work!
YOU are in the majority, over half of our candidates are interviewed onsite by our clients

Outside of MJ Recruiters

When I’m not recruiting, I’m raising my four kids alongside my husband. I love the outdoors, whether it’s my daily 6:20 a.m. walk, a stroll on the beach, or swimming.I also enjoy watching football, baseball, and softball games outside. My favorite time of year is March Madness—you can always ask me who my Final Four teams are! During the summer, I love spending time at Lake Erie and traveling to new places.
